Jana is certified through NASM for personal training and nutrition, specializing in weight loss while keeping muscle mass. Nutrition is a big part of any fitness journey, and Jana is here to help; she loves sharing her knowledge with her clients.
She spent YEARS going up and down in weight, struggling with food issues. She was no longer self-confident and began to doubt her personal life. She needed to get motivated to regain her life and feel fabulous again! So what did she do? She went to the gym and got her own personal trainer to meet her goals. Her life has never been the same, and She wants to help others feel the way she does!
