This program consists of one month of online workout plan. If you feel like you are experienced in the gym, and you can handle most of the equipment but you need a guidance with your exercises or perhaps to change it up to achieve maximum results this is the plan for you. Your plan will be changed bi-weekly, and you will have an access to you coach 24/7 to ask questions.
This plan can be fully customizable to your available gym equipment or if you wish it can be made for in-home workout only.

NUTRITION PLAN - MENTOR
A unique nutrition plan consists of one month full nutrition support. Not only you will receive a nutritional plan for one month, but you will also receive a mentor that will teach you which foods to select and what is the better choice. The goal of this program is not to give you a diet plan but rather teach you what you need to know about nutrition so you never have to be on diet plan ever again!
You will have have an access to your nutrition coach 24/7 to ask any questions and to address any concerns.

This plan consists of one month nutrition plan. This plan will be adjusted bi-weekly with check-ins with your nutritional coach. Please note that this plan can be made for anyone, and it is fully customizable to meet all your dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, macro, etc.), and to meet all your food preferences and choices. We will make your plan to where it's effective but also suitable for you to follow.

COMPETITON PREP - 12 weeks BIKINI or WELLNESS division

This plan consists of 12-week competition prep program for Bikini or Wellness division NPC. This plan will give you your workouts, your nutrition plan, and your supplements. You will have weekly check-ins with your coach and your plans will be adjusted accordingly to your weekly results. Your coach will help you with selection of the right show of you, and selection of your suit and shoes. Please note that NPC posing lessons are available for additional fee.
You will have access to your coach 24/7 to ask an questions.
